摘    要:建立金铁锁总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:以齐墩果酸为对照品,5%香草醛冰醋酸、高氯酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法,在540nm处测定吸光度,计算金铁锁中总皂苷的含量。结果:金铁锁总质量浓度在1~10μg.mL-1与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 4),平均回收率为97.9%(n=6),RSD=1.61%;金铁锁中总皂苷含量四川最高,云南次之,贵州最低。结论:建立了金铁锁中总皂苷超声提取含量测定方法,此方法简便、准确,稳定性好、可用于金铁锁药材的质量控制。

Abstract:To establish the determination methods of total saponins from Psammosilene tunicoides.Methods: The oleanolic acid was selected as comparison product and 5% vanillin-acetic acid-HCLO solution was selected as color-producing reagent.Determiningn absorbability in the point of 540nm by spectrophotometry method.And calculating the total saponins in Psammosilene tunicoides.Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1~10μg.mL-1 with the correlation of 0.998 4,the average recoveries of dioscin was 97.9%(n=6),RSD=1.61%;the highest content of total saponins is Sichuan,Yunnan,followed by Guizhou minimum.Conclusion: Psammosilene tunicoides of ultrasonic extraction of total saponin assay method is simple,accurate,good stability.It can be used for quality control of medicinal Psammosilene tunicoides.
