| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法:将慢性支气管炎急性发作患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上观察组给予氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗,评估二者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者咳嗽消失时间、痰液恢复正常时间及湿啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组。两组均无明显的不良反应产生。结论:氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果,值得应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol combined with doxofylline in treating chronic bronchitis acute attack.Method 80 cases with chronic bronchitis acute attack were divided into the observation group and the control group.The two group received the normal treatment,and the observationg group added the treatment of ambroxol combined with doxofylline.Results The extinction time of cough,time of sputum put back and extinction time bubble in the observation group after treatment was fewer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ambroxol combined with doxofylline in treating cases with chronic bronchitis acute attack is obvious,so it is worthy of being used. |
