| 摘 要： | 概述了日本福岛发生核事故后，日本及我国辐射环境应急监测及结果，分析了我国辐射应急监测中的问题，提出完善辐射环境监测网络，加强辐射自动监测站及开展针对性辐射监测能力建设，科学规范应急预案，提升快速监测技术，加强辐射监测全过程质量管理体系建设的建议与方法。

| Abstract: | The environmental radiation monitoring results by our country and Japan were summarized. By analysing the problems in the emergency monitoring radiation in China, some suggestions and methods were provided, such as updating the radiation environmental monitoring network, strengthening the construction of radiation monitoring station and targeted capacity building of radiation environmental monitoring, scientificly standardizing emergency preplan, developing rapid monitoring technology and strengthening the quality management system of the whole process of radiation monitoring. |
