| Abstract: | As a tool in the evaluation of muscle function and training muscle strength, Isokinetic technique has applied extensively in many athletic sports.And it has started to run on Sanda and Routine athletes.The paper got across the study about Isokinetic technique applying conditions and resolving problem ,and provided reference which can made Isokinetic technique apply in martial art. |
