成人高校工学矛盾产生的原因及解决对策

工学矛盾是成人教育管理的难点。成人高校绝大部分学员在职业余学习,造成工学矛盾。教学模式单一,教学内容陈旧,缺乏对学员的吸引力;市场经济的负面影响,使学员心浮气燥,影响学员学习的积极性;学年制以及闭卷考核方式不符合成人学员的学习特征等,以上问题影响了学员的出勤,进一步加剧了工学矛盾。文章认为：实施课程改革、加强督导检查、改革考核方式、逐步推行学分制是解决这一问题的有效途径。

Work - study conflict is a difficult point in adult education management. Most of learn- ers in adult colleges study in their spare time whilst working, which caused work- study conflict. Unita- ry model of teaching and outmoded content of courses lack of attractiveness to learners. The side effect of market economy makes learners impatient and affects their enthusiasm in learning; scholastic year system and written examination are not fit for learning characteristics of learners, etc..above problems impact the learners＇ attendance, exacerbate the work-study conflict. This article states that： A valid way to solve this problem is to carry out curriculum reform, strengthen supervision and inspection, change the evaluation mode and gradually practice credit system.
