丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液性能的研究

摘    要:用乳液聚合的方法制备出丙烯酸酯改性的水性聚氨酯共聚乳液(PUA乳液),并对PUA乳液的耐溶剂性,热性能和机械性能进行的初步的研究。结果表明,具有核壳结构的PUA乳液耐溶剂性,热稳定性和机械性能比水性PU有明显的提高。

Abstract:Copolymer emulsion of aqueous polyurethane modified by acrylic with core shell structure (PUA) is prepared by emulsion copolymerization,and the solvent resistance,the thermal and mechanical properties of PUA are studied.The results show that the solvent resistance, the thermal and mechanical properties of emulsion film are apparently improved,comparing with the former aqueous polyure thane.
