摘    要:升降式输送机在输送起停过程中会产生惯性作用力,其作为横向载荷作用在丝杠升降机上,使得丝杠升降机中滚珠丝杠应力极值大幅度地提升。通过建立滚珠丝杠有限元模型,对滚珠丝杠在横向载荷条件下进行应力分析,得到滚珠丝杠的应力分布情况,提出了2种导向机构,以减小滚珠丝杠应力极值。实践表明,通过导向支承轮增加滚珠丝杠伸出端的支承,大大改善了丝杠升降机的受力状况并降低了其应力极值,对于提高丝杠升降机的工作寿命及升降式输送机的工作可靠性具有参考意义。

7Static Strength Analysis of Screw Elevator of the Condition of Tateral Load based on FEM

Abstract:Self elevating conveyor will bring the inertial force in conveying start-stop process of elevating conveyor, it loads lateral load at screw elevator to increase the stress extreme of ball screw in screw elevator. It builds the finite element model to analyze stress with the lateral load. It obtains the distribution stress extreme and puts forward to 2 kinds of guiding supporting mechanism to reduce the stress. Practice showed that it improved the stress condition to reduce the stress ex- treme with the supporting to the extending end of ball screw by wheel of guiding & supporting. It has reference value to im- prove the working life and working reliability of screw elevator.
