全数字化步进电动机细分驱动器设计

摘    要:基于STM32F103芯片,对两相混合式步进电动机进行电流矢量控制和高细分数驱动,并使驱动器实现加减速控制功能,增加位置闭环控制和通讯接口,实现了全数字化的任意细分数驱动。细分数恰当时,步进电动机相电流波形平滑,振动、噪声较小,系统具有较大的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the STM32 chip,two phase of hybrid stepping motor was controlled according to current vector and driven with high subdivision.The acceleration and deceleration control was accomplished by the driver.Position closed-loop control and communication interface were added,and the fully digital any subdivided driving was realized.When taking appropriate subdivision number,the phase current wave of stepping motor is smooth,the motor runs stability,and vibration and noise are small.The system possesses a great practical value.
