16层螺旋CT对诊断隐匿性骨折的应用价值

目的：探讨16层螺旋CT对诊断隐匿性骨折的应用价值。方法：58例经X线平片（DR）检查阴性但临床高度怀疑骨折的急性外伤患者于伤后2h-7d行16层螺旋CT检查,薄层重建后行多平面重组（MPR）、曲面重建和三维重建。结果：58例患者经16层螺旋CT扫描后处理确诊鼻骨骨折19例,眼眶骨折10例,肋骨骨折20例,胸腰椎横突骨折2例,股骨颈骨折4例,髋臼骨折2例,胫骨平台骨折1例。结论：16层螺旋CT后处理技术,尤其是MPR成像显著提高了细微骨折的检出率,是诊断隐匿性骨折有效而可靠的检查方法。

16-Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of the Occult Fracture

Objective： To explore the application value of 16-slice spiral computed tomography （CT） in the diagnosis of the occult fracture. Methods： Fifty-eight patients by X-ray plain film examination negative but highly suspected clinical fractures with acute trauma were checked by 16- slice spiral CT within 2h-7d after the trauma, thin layer reconstruction after multiplane reorganization （MPR）, curved surface reconstruction and 3D restructuring. Results： In the fifty-eight patients were checked by 16-slice spiral CT post-processing.19 cases of nasal, 10 cases of orbital, 20 cases of fracture ribs, 2 cases of thoracic lumbar transverse,4 cases of femoral neck fracture, 2 cases of acetabulum fracture and 1 case of tibial plateau fracture were diagnosed. Conclusion： The 16-slice spiral CT significantly exceeds the X-ray photograph in the sides of the fracture display rate and the diagnosis of correspondence rate, which is a preferred method in the thorax trauma.
