| 摘 要： | 随着智能终端的普及和数据业务的不断发展,目前运营商数据流量的收入已经逐步成为数据业务收入增长的主要驱动力,如何增加数据流量收入是运营商重点关注的问题。建设流量经营支撑系统可以有效把握用户的行为特征,为流量的精细化运营提供数据支撑,进而提高用户感知,提高运营商流量经营的能力。本文针对运营商在流量经营中存在的问题进行分析,并对建设流量经营支撑系统相关技术问题进行了研究。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of intelligent terminals and the development of data services, data traffic revenue of the operators has gradually become the key to revenue growth, and how to increase data traffic revenue is the problem that operators focus on. Construction of traffic operations support systems can effectively grasp user＇s behavioral characteristics, and provide data support for refine operators, thus improve the ability of traffic operations and user＇ awareness. In this paper, the problem of operators in the traffic operations is analyzed, and the technology about construction of traffic operations support system is researched |
