| 摘 要： | 通过加入Ca、Ni、Ti、Bi多元复合合金，研制出灰铸铁和球墨铸铁两种气焊丝；焊接试验及生产实践证明，两种焊丝在冷焊条件下所形成的焊缝强度、硬度和颜色均与母材具有良好的一致性；可满足有性能的重要球铁和灰铁铸件加工面的修复，经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Two kinds of cast iron torch welding rods fabricated by gray iron and nodular iron respectively are developed with the multiple addition of Ca-Ni-Ti-Bi alloy elements. The result of welding experiment and production practice show that the strength, hardness distribution and surface color of welding zone obtained by two kinds of rods under cold welding conditions are comparably with the base metal. There by the cast iron torch welding rods can be successfully applied to welding-mend nodular cast iron and gray cast iron castings and meet the requipment of machined surface. Its economical benifits are remarkable. |
