| 摘 要： | 基于社会交换、社会学习和调节焦点理论分析了伦理型领导力在组织中的传递过程,在区分伦理型领导力"道德个体"和"道德管理者"两个不同面向影响机制的基础上,建构了一个伦理型领导力传递的并行路径框架;最后,对研究结论进行了讨论并提出了未来研究展望.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the trickle-down effect of ethical leadership based on the social exchange, social learning and regulatory focuses theory.By distinguishing the different influence mechanism of 'moral person' and 'moral manager', it proposed a parallel path framework to explain the transmission process of ethical leadership.At last, this paper concluded with a discussion of the implications for research and practice, and the limitations and future studies are also discussed finally. |
