A High Accuracy Method for Measuring 90 Degrees Angle Deviation of Pentagonal Prism |

| Abstract: | A high accuracy method for measuring 90 degrees angle deviation of penagonal prism is discussed in this paper According to 90 degrees angle deviation is a constant, photo-electric autocollimator was ingeniously employed to reach a high accuracy. The measuring principle is simple and feasible. The measuring accuracy can reach up to 0.2′′. |
