摘    要:针对4000 V/400 A船舶直流电力系统中额定电流的分断问题,提出一种混合型真空直流断路器的拓扑结构,采用强迫换流原理实现电网侧额定电流的分断。对断路器的结构组成进行设计,分析强迫关断过程,通过计算得到关断参数。通过EMTP仿真软件对关断过程进行仿真,得到仿真波形,在实验室搭建了试验平台,实现了400A电流的关断。试验结果证明,所提出的方案有效、可行。

Design of 4 kV/400 A Vacuum DC Circuit Breaker
Abstract:For the rated circuit breaker of ship DC power systems with4000 V/400A, the DC hybrid circuit breaker is proposed, in which forced current commutation principle are employed in order to solve this problem. The structure of the circuit breaker is developed, and the optimized parameters are achieved by analyzing. Simulation model of the switch is set up by EMTP software, and the interruption processes of rated current are analyzed. Turning off tests of rated current with 400A prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology.
