ZQAI9-4 铝铁青铜铸件热处理工艺研究

摘    要:研究了ZQAI9-4铝铁青铜铸件的热处理工艺,结果表明:经热处理工艺优化处理的ZQAI9-4铝铁青铜,强度提高了60%,硬度提高了1倍,同时材料仍有良好的塑性和韧性,从而提高了产品的使用寿命。

Abstract:Heat treatment process of ZQAI9-4 aluminum-iron bronze is studied, the results show that, after optimized heat treatment process, the intensity of ZQAI9-4 aluminum-iron bronze is improved by 60%, hardness increases twofold, and the material still maintains good plastic and tenacious quality, thus, products using life is improved.
