| 摘 要： | 研究了ZQAI9-4铝铁青铜铸件的热处理工艺，结果表明：经热处理工艺优化处理的ZQAI9-4铝铁青铜，强度提高了60％，硬度提高了1倍，同时材料仍有良好的塑性和韧性，从而提高了产品的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Heat treatment process of ZQAI9-4 aluminum-iron bronze is studied, the results show that, after optimized heat treatment process, the intensity of ZQAI9-4 aluminum-iron bronze is improved by 60%, hardness increases twofold, and the material still maintains good plastic and tenacious quality, thus, products using life is improved. |
