摘    要:以物联网(IOT)的设计为思路,开展了对多联机中央空调集中监控系统的设计研究,通过开发物联U网关,实现多联机中央空调室内、室外机的物联,并在实际工程项目中应用。系统采用了灵活方便的单片机(MCU)为开发核心,与GPRS模块相配合,完成数据的无线传输。U型网关的设计实现了电脑终端监控与移动终端监控,对不同工程可根据情况进行选择应用,结合4G网络与云服务器,实现了系统监控的自动化和信息化融合,大大提高了监控效率。

Abstract:Based on the design of Internet of Things(IOT), this paper studies the design of centralized monitoring system for multi-line central air conditioning system, and develops the U gateway, which realizes Material Linkage of indoor and outdoor units, and applies in Practical Engineering Projects. The system adopts convenient MCU as the core of development, cooperating with GPRS module, Completes the wireless transmission of data. The design of U-type gateway realizes computer terminal monitoring and mobile terminal monitoring. Different engineering applications can be selected according to the situation. With the application of 4G network and cloud server, the automation and information integration of system monitoring is fulfilled, and the monitoring efficiency is greatly improved.
