坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征患者生存质量与卵巢功能影响

目的探讨坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征患者的效果,并评价其对患者生存质量及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院诊治的146例围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组(n=73)与对照组(n=73)。对照组采用雌孕激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊,对比组间治疗前后的卵巢功能指标为促卵泡激素(FSH)、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E 2)]、生存质量变化,同时比较临床症状、临床疗效和药物不良反应情况。结果两组治疗前FSH、AFC、LH、E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、AFC、LH水平低于对照组,E 2水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗后改良Kupperman评分法(KMI)总分、绝经期生存质量(MENQOL)量表评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合雌孕激素治疗有利于减轻围绝经期综合征患者临床症状,改善患者卵巢功能,提高治疗效果,提升生存质量。坤泰胶囊是围绝经期综合征治疗较为安全、可靠的辅助治疗药物。

Effect of Kuntai Capsule on quality of life and ovarian function in patients with perimenopausal syndrome

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Kuntai Capsule on patients with perimenopausal syndrome,and evaluate the effect on the patients′life quality and ovarian function.Methods 146 patients with perimenopausal syndrome diagnosed and treated in Fuxin Mining General Hospital of Liaoning Province Health Industry Group from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into observation group(n=73)and control group(n=73).Control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone,while observation group additionally with Kuntai Capsule.Ovarian functionindicators including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),antral follicle count(AFC),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E 2)],changes of life quality,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of FSH,AFC,LH and E 2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,AFC and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of E 2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified KMI total score and MENQOL score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Kuntai Capsule combined with estrogen and progesterone therapy is beneficial to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome,improve the patients′ovarian function and the treatment effect,and improve the quality of life.Kuntai Capsule is a safe and reliable adjuvant drug for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
