| Abstract: | The article probed into the concept of leading cadre's ethical quality and essential feature. And it points out to promote promote leading cadre's morals quality , must perfect leading cadre's morals restriction mechanism. These promotes leading cadre's morals quality for strengthening leading cadre's morals construction, and then improve the ability of administration of the Communist Party of China and directive significance of theory and practice with importance of the level of leadership. |
