能量最低机采参数优化设计软件的研制与应用

摘    要:以“一种有杆泵机械采油工艺参数确定方法”发明专利技术为基础,以提高油田抽油机井机采系统效率为目标,成功研制了“能量最低机采参数优化设计软件”。详细介绍了该软件的主要研究思路、功能及特点。应用“能量最低机采参数优化设计软件”进行机采参数设计,能大幅度提高抽油机井机采系统效率,降低机采能耗成本;并能延长油井检泵周期,降低油井作业成本。

Abstract:Based on the patent of an method of choosing production parameters for sucker Rod pumping system', an optimum design software is developed,which can be used to design production parameters for lowest power consumption and improve the efficiency of sucker rod pumping system. This paper presents the main model of the software, introduces its development considerations,its functions and its features. Field practice results indicate that, applying the software to production parameters' optimum design of pumping oil well, the efficiency of Sucker Rod Pumping System can be improved greatly, the workover period can also be prolonged,which will respectively reduce energy costs and workover costs .
