| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑出血后巢蛋白（Nestin）的动态表达及针刺的干预作用。方法：选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠96只,随机分为模型组、模型＋针刺组（简称针刺组）、模型＋忆立福组（简称西药组）3组。每组又分为6h、1、2、3和7d5个时相点,每个时相点6只大鼠,另设空白对照组6只大鼠。制备脑出血大鼠模型,采用Western免疫印迹技术观察不同时相点头穴针刺治疗对脑出血大鼠脑组织Nestin表达的影响。结果：针刺组大鼠脑内Nestin蛋白表达在不同时相点均有显著上调,与模型组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论：上调脑内Nestin表达可能是针刺治疗脑出血的一个重要机制,针刺可能通过早期干预,上调脑出血血肿周围脑组织内Nestin蛋白表达,从促进神经干细胞增殖分化的角度,揭示针刺治疗脑出血后神经系统损伤修复再生的机理。
