基于CiteSpace的癌症患者心理弹性研究的可视化分析

目的]对国内近10年心理弹性在癌症患者领域的研究文献进行计量分析, 了解该领域研究现状、探索其研究热点及发展趋势,为癌症患者的心理护理提供理论参考。方法]采用高级检索形式对2010-2019年中国知网数据库的相关文献进行主题精确检索,经筛选出符合要求的文献后,利用CiteSpace5.6.R3进行可视化知识图谱分析。结果]共纳入243篇期刊文献进行分析,心理弹性在癌症患者领域的研究大体上呈现较快增长；发文作者和发文机构形成了合作程度较高的小团体,但仅限于区域内合作,跨区域合作较少；研究热点主要集中在影响因素分析、心理弹性与生活质量、社会支持、应对方式等个体特征的关系研究。 结论]未来对于心理弹性在癌症领域的研究,应加强跨区域合作,聚焦高频词汇,了解其研究热点和趋势,为患者进行积极的心理疏导提供理论支持,改善其生活质量,促进临床心理学的发展。

Bibliometric Analysis of Studies on Psychological Resilience of Cancer Patients Based on CiteSpace

Objective] To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the research literatures on psychological resilience in cancer patients in the past 10 years in China, to understand the research status of this field, explore its research hotspots and development trends, and provide theoretical reference for the psychological care of cancer patients. Methods] Advanced retrieval was used to carry out accurate subject retrieval of relevant literatures in CNKI database from 2010 to 2019. After screening the literatures that meet the requirements, CiteSpace5.6.R3 was used to perform visual knowledge map analysis. Results] A total of 243 journal articles were included for analysis. The researches on psychological resilience in cancer patients showed a rapid growth in general. The authors and institutions have formed a small group with a high degree of cooperation, but it is limited to regional cooperation, and cross-regional cooperation is less. The research hotspots mainly focus on the analysis of influencing factors and the relationship between psychological resilience and individual characteristics such as life quality, social support and coping style. Conclusions] Future research on psychological resilience in the field of cancer should strengthen cross-regional cooperation, focus on high-frequency vocabulary, understand its research hotspots and trends, provide theoretical support for positive psychological counseling for patients, improve their quality of life, and promote the development of clinical psychology.
