高速工具钢W18Cr4V磨削烧伤的实验研究

摘    要:磨削烧伤是影响已加工表面质量的重要因素。本文以经淬硬了的高速工具钢W18Cr4V为工件材料,研究了磨削用量对烧伤程度的影响,测试了烧伤层的显微硬度并分析了表面的烧伤色斑,通过实验,认清了磨削烧伤的一些变化规律,对生产实际应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Workpiece burn is an important factor to damage machined surface quality.In this paper,by taking hardened high speed tool steel W18Cr4V as workpiece material,the effects of grinding depth,workpiece speed on workpiece burn are studied,and micro- hardness of the ground surface layer as well as burn colour of the surface are analysed.Through the experiments,some change regu- lations of workpiece burn are recognized and the paper has some guidance to practice to a certain degree.
