清远市无SARS病例地区人群SARS冠状病毒抗体血清流行病学调查

目的探讨清远市无SAILS病例地区人群SAILS冠状病毒（SARS-CoV）抗体水平。方法采集本地区各县区不同年龄、不同职业的人群血液，用酶联免疫法检测血清中SARS-CoV抗体IgG。结果共检测血清样本1484份，SAILS—CoV抗体IgG总阳性率为0．61％（9／1484），其中0—6岁和13—18岁年龄组SAILS．CoY抗体IgG均为阴性，7—12岁年龄组的阳性率为1．82％（8／439），19岁以上年龄组的阳性率为0．10％（1／1009）。在9份SAILS—CoV抗体IgG阳性的血清样本中，1份为饮食服务业从业人员，阳性率为0．39％（1／257）；其余8份为学生，阳性率为1．70％（8／471）。结论本地区人群SAILS-CoV抗体水平比较低，低龄组0—12岁人群SAILS-CoV抗体IgG阳性率高于高龄组13岁以上组人群的阳性率。提示SAILS-CoV可能存在隐性感染、隐性传播和隐性感染聚集性。

The Epidemiological Investigation on Serum SARS Coronavirus Antibody of the Populations in Qingyuan City Without SARS Case

Objective To analyze the levels of serum SARS coronavirus antibody of the populations in Qingyuan city without SARS case. Methods The blood samples of individuals of different age and vocation in various counties of Qingyuan area were collected and the serum levels of SARS-CoV IgG antibody was tested by ELISA. Results 9 out of 1 484 persons were positive for SARS-CoV IgG antibody, with a positive rate of 0.61% (9/1484), in which none was in the age groups of 0-6 years and 13-18 years, 8 were in the age groups of 7-12 years, with a positive rate of 1.82%(8/439), and 1 was in the age group above 19, with a positive rate of 0.10%(1/1009). In these 9 persons, 1 of them was restaurant worker showing a positive rate of 0.39%(1/257) in this vocation group, while 8 of them were students showing a positive rate of 1.70%(8/471) in this group. Conclusion The serum levels of SARS-CoV antibody of the population in this area is low. The positive rate of SARS-CoV IgG antibody of young people in age group of 0-12 years is higher than that of older people in age group of above 13 years. It suggests that occult infection, occult transmission and aggregation of occult infection of SARS-CoV may exist.
