仿人智能PID控制在液黏软启动装置中的应用

摘    要:以带式输送机的调速启动为研究对象,首先介绍了仿人智能PID控制技术,并将其应用于液体黏性软启动装置中,然后设计了仿人智能PID控制器。通过计算机仿真,结果表明仿人智能PID控制可以满足设备平滑启动的要求,实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Taking the variable speed start up of belt conveyer as study object,firstly,this paper introduced the humanoid intelligent PID control strategy,and applied it to the hydro-viscous soft start device;secondly,designed the humanoid intelligent PID controller.Through computer simulation studying,the results show that the humanoid intelligent PID control can meet the requirements of the device smooth start,the experiments verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.
