摘    要:针对物流配送的装箱问题,论文设计了一款新型的基于遗传算法和 Unity3D物理引擎装箱系统。与传统的遗传算法相比,该系统在设计过程中定义了罚函数,将多目标函数变为约束问题,方便了对约束条件的扩展。该系统还添加了手动装载功能,使最终方案更加合理化、人性化。实验证明:利用改进的遗传算法计算的装箱方案在空间上能达到94%左右,但通过添加手动功能后,空间利用率可以被提高至97%以上,充分证明该设计对集装箱方案的优化有较大地帮助。

Abstract:Aiming at the Packing problem of the logistics ,a packing system based on genetic algorithm and Unity3D physics engine are proposed .Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm ,the system defines the penalty function ,and the objective function is changed into constraints to facilitate the expansion of the constraint .The system also adds the manu-ally loading function so that the final plan more reasonable and humanization .Experiments show that the improved genetic al-gorithm in the space packing scheme can achieve about 94% ,but by adding a manual function space utilizationrate can be in-creased to more than 97% ,which proves that the optimization of the container has a great help .
