基于线阵 CCD 的数据采集电路设计

摘    要:论文对线阵CCD的采集电路进行了研究,设计出线阵CCD的硬件电路。并选用日本SONY公司的三通道线阵CCD传感器芯片ILX558K作为成像器件,分析了CCD驱动电路的逻辑要求,应用现场可编程门阵列技术(FPGA )实现了线阵CCD传感器的驱动时序。同时,论文利用EDA工具PADS9.3完成了数据采集电路 PCB的设计,并制作出样板。最后进行了元器件的焊接和调试。

Abstract:The electronic circuit of linear CCD cameras is deeply discussed ,profoundly studied and clearly designed . SONY's 3-Channel linear CCD sensor ILX558K is chosen as the main image sensor ,also its driving circuits is analysed and devised with Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) .At the same time ,using EDA tool PADS9 .3 ,the CCD sensor appli-cation PCB are designed and the PCB sample are manufactured .At last ,the needed parts involved are welded and the PCB samples are premarily debugged .
