高校教师要增强教书育德的责任感

教师教书育德责任感淡化，教书重育智轻育德，或只育智不育德，是高校德育工作中存在的一个十分突出的薄弱环节。教师是学校德育工作的主力军，教书是学校育德的主渠道。改进和加强学校德育工作，关键是增强教师教书育德的责任感和自觉性，调动教师教书育德的积极性。业务课教师要克服育德与己无关和业务课教学育德难的思想，增强教书育德的责任心和使命感；马列理论课教师和思想品德课教师要牢固树立以教书育德为己任的职业意识和职业责任感，在学校教书育德工作中发挥骨干作用。

On Raising College Teachers' Sense of Resporsibility in Moral Cultivation and Teaching

Descusses the key of improving and strengthening the moral cultivation; concludes that it is importaint to raise college teachers'sense of responsibility and consciousness as well as bring their enthuoiasm into play for moral educatin that points out(1) teachers of specialised courses should get rid of the notion that moral cultivation is irrelevant to their work and it is difficult to conduct moral cultivation in their courses;(2) Teachers of marxist theory and moral character should keep in mind that their lectures are class-oriented.
