恶性肿瘤放疗患者康复期复查依从性的随访研究

目的通过对恶性肿瘤放疗患者康复期复查依从现状进行调查分析，探讨如何提高复查依从性。方法采用自行设计的《恶性肿瘤患者康复期复查依从性调查表》，通过门诊及电话随访方法，对747例肿瘤患者康复期复查依从性现状进行调查。采用Ⅳ。检验分析其影响因素。结果复查依从493例（66％），不依从254例（34％）；依从行为与年龄、居住地、生存年限有关，差异均有统计学意义（P=0．000）。结论年龄、居住地、生存年限是影响肿瘤患者康复期复查依从行为的主要因素。加强健康教育，发挥社会、家庭支持系统的作用，提高医疗水平和服务质量，创造良好的就医环境，对提高患者复查依从性是可能的，也是主要手段和方法。

Study of re-examination compliance of patients with cancer in the stage of recovery

Objective To investigate the method of improving the re-examination compliance of patients with cancer by analyzing the re-examination situations of patients in the stage of recovery after receiving radiotherapy. Methods By clinic service and telephone, we investigated the re-examination compliance of 747 cases of cancer. Chi-square test was used to analyze influencing factors. Results 66% of the cases were compliant with medical orders of re-examination. The compliance was relevant to ages, living sites and survival time. Conclusions The main influencing factors on the re-examination compliance of patients with cancer are age, living sites and surwival time. It is possible to improve the re-examination compliance of patients by enhancing health education, raising medical levels and service qualities, and creating comfortable environment for patients.
