感染科护士心理焦虑与缓解方式相关性研究

目的探讨感染科护士心理焦虑、缓解方式的相关性，为医院对感染科护士的心理干预提供心理学依据。方法采用状态特质焦虑量表调查我院感染科29名护士的状态一特质焦虑现况。结果感染科护士状态焦虑（45．39±9．51）分、特质焦虑（45．85±9．91）分高于健康人群女性常模，高于儿科与普通科室护士、女性干部、女性科技人员，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论感染科护士存在焦虑抑郁等危险的心理问题，重视感染科护士的心理健康，有利于提高护理质量，降低医疗风险。感染科护士的心理焦虑与失衡是医院行政思想工作值得重视的新课题。

Correlation between anxiety and anxiety-relief strategies of nurses in infection departmet

Objective To explore the correlation between anxiety and anxiety-relief strategies of nurses in infection department, and provide the reference for the work of hospital. Methods State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was taken to analyze the state-trait anxiety status of 29 nurses in infection department. Results The infection department nurses state anxiety （45.39 ± 9.51） and trait anxiety （45.85 ± 9.91） were higher than those of healthy women norms, pediatrics nurses, general nurses, women cadres, and technological personnel, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Infection department nurses have mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Paying attention to nurses＇ mental health problems in infection department is helpful to improve the quality of nursing work and reduce the medical risk. Nurses＇ psychological anxiety and disorder is considered to be a new topic worthy for attention of hospital administration work.
