大区互联电网动态稳定风险评估指标及应用

摘    要:提出了大区互联电网动态稳定风险评估的概念及指标,并对某实际运行的大区互联电网进行了评估。提出了含多个送端的互联电网,可以通过协调各个送端的外送出力来降低系统动态失稳的风险;证明了广泛配置PSS和投入直流调制可以减少系统的动态失稳风险;给出了在电网公司承担风险的情况下输电能力的提高数值,可供电网运行人员在权衡经济性与安全性时参考。

Abstract:The concept and index of risk assessment of dynamic stability for large-area interconnected power grid are proposed and risk assessment of a certain practical large-area interconnected power grid is performed. For interconnected power grid with multi sending ends, the risk of dynamic instability can be reduced by coordinating the sending outputs among sending ends. It is proved that by means of widely configuring PSSs and applying HVDC modulation the dynamic instability risk can be reduced. Under the condition that dynamic instability risk is borne by grid side, values of increased transmission capability under different risk levels are given, which provides reference for a trade-off between economy and security.
