稀土铝合金导电母线的研制

摘    要:为满足输变电工程对导电铝合金母线提出的技术要求,试验了4种稀土变形铝合金,通过对比试验,优选了一种高导电、高强度的稀土铝合金(Al-05Mg-06Si-02Cu-035Fe-005Ti-02RE)。

Abstract:In order to meet the technical demands for electrical aluminium alloy bus bar wire which is used in electricity transmitting and transforming work, 4 kinds of deformable aluminium alloy has been tested. The alloy Al 0 5Mg 0 6Si 0 2Cu 0 35Fe 0 05Ti 0 2RE, which possesses high electrical conductivity and strength, is a first priority by comparative test. This kind of RE aluminum alloy bus bar wire has been applied in several electricity transmitting and transforming works, saving electric power and aluminum products and obtaining remarkable economic benefits.
