| 摘 要： | 许多细胞因子在哮喘患者的气道慢性炎症与重构过程中起到关键作用，是抗哮喘药物的重要靶点。本文主要介绍了近年来以细胞因子（白细胞介素类、肿瘤坏死因子、嗜酸性粒细胞活化趋化因子）为靶点的抗哮喘药物最新进展和发展趋势，并就近年来涌现出的一些新的抗哮喘药物的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Several cytokines which play key role in asthma patients with chronic inflammation and reconstruction of air duct,are important targets for anti asthma agents. In this review, we summarize the latest advancement of antiasthma agents which targeted for cytokines（interleukins, TNF, eotaxin） and investigation development of new anti-asthma agents emerged in recent years. |
