| 摘 要： | 高中篮球运动人才不仅为CHBL和CUBA,也为CBA提供人才。高中篮球教练员的数量和质量是影响高中篮球人才培养的重要因素之一。通过了解和研究河南省16地市126名高中篮球教练员队伍的状况,针对目前存在的问题提出相应的建议,为河南省高中篮球教练员的培养和使用提供客观依据。
