苯佐卡因的实验室合成方法研究

摘    要:苯佐卡因一般都是以对硝基甲苯为原料,通过氧化、酯化和还原反应合成。通过使用KMnO4作氧化剂,SnCl4作催化剂,H2作还原剂,由对硝基甲苯合成了苯佐卡因。实验结果表明,在优化条件下,苯佐卡因的收率达70.3%。

Abstract:Benzocaine is gencrally Synthesized by ox idation,csterification and reducing reaction from p-nitrotoluene. In this paper, the synthesis of bcnzocainc from p-nitrotoluenc using KMnO4 as oxidant, SnCl4 as Catalyst and H2 as reducer was investigated. The results show that the yield ofbenzocaine can get to 70.3% under the optimal Condition.
