| 摘 要： | 从知识经济时代个性化产品必将成为市场需求的主流出发 ,介绍了成组技术的基本内容及其在机械制造业中的应用 ,分析了成组技术的技术经济效益和应用前景 ,提出应用成组技术是提高企业生产效率和经济效益 ,进而提高企业竞争力的有效措施。若在石油机械生产厂家推广应用成组技术 ,可在少投入的情况下 ,降低生产成本和缩短产品的制造周期 ,从而提高生产能力及生产率。

| Abstract: | The essential contents of group technology are expounded, and its application in the machinery manufacturing industry is commented. The technical and economic benefits of group technology and application prospects are analyzed. It is pointed out that applying group technology is an effective measure for improving the production efficiency and economic benefit of enterprises. The petroleum machinery manufacturers should apply group technology to reduce production cost and shorten manufacturing period of products and then improve throughput and productivity. |
