| 摘 要： | 在UHPDC－EAF冶炼过程中将成分的控制、埋弧加热、避免大沸腾、增大铁水热装率、延长炉龄有机地结合起来是当前电冶金工作者努力研究的方向。简要介绍了新70tDC炉泡沫渣技术所进行的突破性研究与实践结果。

| Abstract: | Concerning melting process of UHP DC EAF, the research directions of metallurgists are how to organically integrate foamy slag practice, submerged arc heating, greater ratio of molten metal, avoidance of spouting as well as longer life of furnace lining. The research and practice results obtained in the 70 t steel making DC EAF of Xinjiang Bayi Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. are introduced in this paper. |
