创新型工程人才培养模式的探讨

摘    要:文章详细介绍了在"工程燃烧学"实验教学中,针对课程的特点摸索、总结出的"四步式"教学模式,即基础型实验、综合设计型实验、科研型实验、创新型实验。实践证明,这种实验教学模式对学生科研创新能力和工程实践能力的培养极为有效。

Abstract:This paper describes the exploration on the features of "engineering combustion" experiment teaching and makes a summary of "four-step" experiment teaching mode involving basic experiment,integrated design experiment,research-based experiment and innovative experiment.Practice shows that this experiment teaching mode is effective for the cultivation of undergraduate's innovation and engineering research and practical abilities.
