阳极氧化中烧损行为及防止

摘    要:利用自制脉冲恒流电源装置,对活塞(ZL109)硬质阳极氧化进行了试验研究。分析讨论了在大电流密度下阳极氧化烧损的原因,得出了电流密度、氧化面气泡、合金成分等是阳极氧化过程中烧损的主要影响因素,提出了防止氧化面烧损的措施。

Abstract:Hard anodic oxidation on pistol(ZL109) was studied by using selfmade electricity equipment of pulse and constant electric current. The reason of burning due to high current density anodic oxidation was discussed and analyzed.Current density,air bubble on the surface of oxidation and component of alloy were the primary affecting factors for anodic oxidation burning.Prevention measures were given in this paper.
