| 摘 要： | 通过对30万吨合金钢棒材轧机生产能力的分析，认为粗轧是影响机组生产的限制性环节，为此提出了改进方案。计算表明按新方案生产可提高平均机时产量17．37％。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the production capacity of 300000t alloy steel bar mill,it was considered that the three-roll mill was the limition factor reaching the design capacity of the stecl bar mill, therefore, the improvcment was put forward. Calculation showed that the new improved process could increase 17. 37% of avorage hour yield. |
