| 摘 要： | 文章基于传统的网络自主教学，提出当前智能化条件下新型的移动学习平台，并借助当前校园内使用广泛的Andriod操作系统作为开发平台，通过对系统需求分析，设计出了包括视频学习、思政教学交流、在线考试等在内的自主学习平台，具有很大的实用性。
