摘 要: | 对加力燃烧室纵向波纹隔热屏进行了三维流/热/固耦合数值模拟,研究了隔热屏开孔率对隔热屏流阻与换热特性的影响规律,得到了次流通道流阻系数、隔热屏热侧壁面气膜冷却效果与对流换热系数以及单位面积冷气用量随开孔率的变化规律.

Abstract: | In order to obtain the effects of aperture ratio on flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics of a longitudinaly corrugated heat shield,a series of 3D numerical simulation with fluid/solid conjugated compute method of heat transfer were conducted. Change laws of flow resistance coefficient of cooling channel,film cooling effect and surface heat transfer coefficient of hot side surface of heat shield have been obtained. |
