河南省项目点育龄妇女孕前优生健康检查结果分析

目的:了解项目点计划怀孕妇女孕前各种风险暴露情况。方法:通过测量研究对象的身高、体重、一般体格检查、实验室检测(血红蛋白、血糖)等手段发现高风险因素,对获得资料采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果:研究对象中体质指数≥24.0(超重)、≥28.0(肥胖)的分别占26.01%和12.23%,15.42%的人患有高血压,血红蛋白>150 g/L的占10.39%,空腹血糖≥6.1 mmol/L的占5.92%,乳腺、甲状腺异常的分别占1.89%和1.74%。结论:项目点计划怀孕妇女孕前肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高水平血红蛋白等风险因素存在,应高度关注并积极采取干预措施减少出生缺陷和不良妊娠结局的发生。

Analysis on the results of progestational eugenic health examination among women of cluldbearing age in project sites in Henan province

Objective:To understand the exposure situations of various risks among progestational women with a plan of pregnancy in project sites. Methods:High risk factors were found by measuring body height and body weight,general physical examination,laboratory examination(hemoglobin,blood glucose),the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Results:The proportions of study objects with BMI≥24.0(overweight) and BMI≥28.0(obesity) were 26.01% and 12.23 %,respectively;15.42% of the study objects suffered from hypertension,the hemoglobin level of 10.39% of the study objects was more than 150 g/L,the proportion of study objects with fasting blood glucose≥6.1 mmol/L accounted for 5.92%,the proportions of study objects with breast abnormality and thyroid abnormality were 1.89% and 1.74%,respectively. Conclusion:The progestational women with a plan of pregnancy in project sites have risk factors such as obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high hemoglobin level,and so on.The phenomenon needs more attention,interventional measures should be taken actively to reduce the occurrence of birth defect and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
