| 摘 要： | 为了规范授权委托书的签署,对以前签署的授权委托书进行质量检查。发现授权委托书的模板存在缺陷,填写及签署过程中也存在多种缺陷。通过制定规范的模板,加强医师对授权委托书填写、签署方面的培训,对授权委托书进行质量控制及相应的处罚,医务人员加强学习法律知识,让知情同意权真正的落实、授权委托书得到规范签署。

| Abstract: | To regulate the signature of the certification of authorization,we check the quality of the signed certification of authorization.There are defects in the pattern template of the certification of authorization during filling and signing.Through making standard template,we strengthen the training about filling and signing of certification authorization,quality control and relevant punishment.Medical staffs should enhance their legal knowledge learning,letting informed consent right be truly implemented and certification of authorization is standard signed |
