摘    要:详细介绍了攀钢能源动力中心DG240/9.82-Ⅲ1型燃气锅炉低温腐蚀问题的成功解决,包括防腐蚀方案的选择,烟气露点温度的确定,以及暖风器系统设计,暖风器运行控制方案等方面。为行业内燃气、燃油等锅炉低温腐蚀预防及解决提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The low-temperature corrosion problem of DG240/9.82-Ⅲ1 gas-fired boiler of the Energy Sources and Power Center of Pangang Group is introduced.This problem has been successfully solved now.The improving measures include selection of anti-corrosion scheme,determination of dew point temperature of flue gas,design of air heater system,control scheme of air heater operation.It gives a reference to low-temperature corrosion prevention of gas-fired boiler and oil-fired boiler in industry.
