热塑性聚氨酯和氯化聚乙烯的共混研究

摘    要:从研究熟塑性聚氨酯和氯化聚乙烯的共混配比出发,对共混材料的共混方式、力学性能、耐溶剂性能、相容性等进行了研究。通过共混发现,共混物的力学性能要优于单一组分,同时共混物的耐油性能和耐溶剂性能也都较好,其中当共混比例CPE/TPU为30/70时综合力学性能相对较好;TPU/CPE共混体系为部分相客体系;相对于使用纯热塑性聚氨酯,共混物的总成本降低幅度也较大。

Study on the Blending Material of TPU and CPE

Abstract:Binary blending elastomer of TPU and CPE is studied systematically in this work. Blending technology, mechanical properties, the best blending pattern, resistance to oil and water properties and microstructure of these two kinds of blends are investigated. Through blending, it,is clear that some mechanical properties of TPU/CPE blends are better than those of each individual, as well as the resistance to oil and water properties, When the mass ratio of CPE/TPU is 30/70, the general properties of the blends are the best. The Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) demonstrates that the compatibility of CPE/TPU blends is fairly good. The total cost of the blended polymer is cut down than use of the pure TPU.
