补肾壮骨颗粒对原发性骨质疏松症大鼠生化指标和骨密度的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨补肾壮骨类中药补肾壮骨颗粒对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的预防作用.方法:用切除卵巢的方法复制大鼠骨质疏松症模型,检测灌服高、中、低3种剂量的补肾壮骨颗粒后大鼠血清生化指标、尿生化指标、骨矿含量及骨密度指标的变化,并与模型组、假手术对照组和阳性对照组进行比较.结果:与模型组比较,3个剂量组的血清雌二醇(E2)和骨钙素(BGP)水平增高,尿钙/肌酐(Ca/Cr)、脱氧吡啶酚(DPD)和血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平降低,股骨钙(Ca)、磷(P)和骨密度亦增加.结论:补肾壮骨颗粒对去卵巢造成的大鼠骨质疏松症有明显的防治作用.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effects of Bushen Zhuanggu granule on biochemical criterion and bone density of primary osteoporosis in rats. Method:The rat osteoporosis model was induced by ovariectomy.The changes of biochemical criterion in serum(E 2,ALP,PTH,BGP)and in urine(Ca,P,DPD and Cr), bone density and contents of Ca and P were detected respectively.Effects of treatment group(low,middle and high dosages ),the model group, the normal control group and the positive control group were compared.Result:The E 2 and BGP levels in all three dosage groups were significantly increased, the Ca/Cr,DPD and PTH levels significantly decreased, and the contents of Ca , P and the bone density also significantly increased,compared with those of the model group. Conclusion: Bushen Zhuanggu granule can effectively prevent and cure primary osteoporosis.
