聚癸二酸木糖醇酯生物弹性体的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以癸二酸和术糖醇为单体通过熔融缩聚反应,制备出聚癸二酸木糖簿酯生物弹性体,并对共结构进行表征。研究表明,材料具有可调的力学性能(拉伸强度0.2-3.2MPa、伸长率47%-252%),而且其玻璃化转变温度处于室温以下,是一种性能优异的生物弹性体,随着癸二酸量的增加,弹性体出现部分结晶。

Abstract:Bioelastomers based on polycondensation reactions of xylitol with sebacic acid, referred to as poly(xylitol sebacate) (PXS) elastomers have recently been developed. It was revealed that the mechanical properties can be adjusted (tensile strength, 0.2-3.2 MPa; elongation at break, 47 %-252 %) and the glass transition temperatures were blow zero, which suggests that PXS was a good kind elastomer. Moreover, the PXS crystallize partly with increase of sebacic acid.
