酉时艾灸涌泉穴在肾阳虚质护士中的应用研究

目的] 观察艾灸涌泉穴对肾阳虚质护士睡眠和生活质量的影响。方法] 选取2022年5—9月肾阳虚质护士60例，随机将其分为对照组和艾灸组各30例，对照组酉时进行温水泡足，艾灸组酉时温水泡足后涌泉穴行温和灸20 min。14 d后评估两组护士的睡眠质量和生活质量。结果] 组内干预前后相比，艾灸组与对照组干预后睡眠质量指数得分均低于干预前（P < 0.05），生活质量得分均高于干预前（P < 0.05）；组间干预后比较，艾灸组睡眠质量指数得分低于对照组，且生活质量得分高于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论] 酉时艾灸涌泉穴可显著提高肾阳虚质护士的睡眠质量和生活质量，建议肾阳虚质的护士，可通过艾灸涌泉穴改善体质，达到未病先防的目的。

Study on the application of youshi moxibustion at yongquan point in nurses with kidney yang deficiency

Objective] To observe the effect of moxibustion yongquan point in youshi on sleep and quality of life of nurses of kidney yang deficiencyMethods] A total of 60 nurses of kidney yang deficiency from May to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and moxibustion group(30 cases in each group) The control group received warm water soaking when their feet were used, while the moxibustion group received warm water soaking first when their feet were used, and then received gentle moxibustion at yongquan point for 20 minutes After 14 days, the sleep quality and life quality of nurses in the two groups were evaluated by PSQI(Pittsburgh sleep quality index) and QNWLS (quality of nursing work life scale)Results] Compared with before and after intervention, PSQI and QNWLS scores of moxibustion group and control group were better after intervention(P < 005) After intervention, PSQI and QNWLS scores in moxibustion group were better than those in control group(P < 005)Conclusion] Moxibustion at yongquan acupoint can significantly improve the sleep and life quality of nurses of kidney yang deficiency It is suggested that moxibustion at yongquan acupoint can achieve the purpose of preventing disease before disease.
