益气活血片对实验性脑缺血大鼠神经功能的作用研究

目的研究益气活血片对脑缺血大鼠模型学习记忆和凋亡相关调控基因表达的影响.方法建立不完全性脑缺血大鼠模型,观察益气活血片在防治脑水肿,改善学习记忆能力以及神经细胞凋亡相关调控基因表达的作用.结果益气活血片高剂量组、中剂量组治疗后脑水肿减轻,可显著提高模型大鼠学习记忆能力;模型组Bcl-2、Bax表达明显增强,益气活血片高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组均可降低缺血中心区和周围区Bcl-2的表达,益气活血片高剂量组降低缺血中心区和周围区Bax的表达,中剂量组仅降低中心区Bax的表达.结论不完全性脑缺血与细胞凋亡有关,益气活血片有一定的治疗作用.

Experimental Study of Yiqi Huoxue Pill on Nerve Function of Cerebral Ischemic Rats

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue pill(YHP) on the ability of learning and memory and the expression of apoptosis related gene in incomplete cerebral ischemic model.Methods To establish the rat model,observe the effect of YHP on preventing and curing the hydrocephalus ,improve the ability of learning and memory and the expression of apoptosis related gene in nerve cell.Results The hydrocephalus was alleviated obviously in high and middle level groups with YHP. YHP could improve the ability of learning and memory in incomplete cerebral ischemic rats.The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein were increased in model group.YHP could lowered the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the central and Peripheral areas of cerebral ischemia in all therapy groups . The level of Bcl-2 protein was decreased in the central and peripheral areas of cerebral ischemia in high dose group. The middle dose group only decrease the level of Bcl-2 protein in the central area of cerebral ischemia.Conclusion Incomplete cerebral ischemia has relation with cell apoptosis,and YHP has certain treatment function.
