| 摘 要： | 为改善传统十一肋间斜切口肾及肾上腺手术暴露不充分的缺点，根据十一肋间的解剖特点，对传统的十一肋间切口作了一些改进。总结３６例肾和肾上腺手术，认为改良十一肋间切口具有操作简单、安全、暴露良好的特点。可用于肾上腺手术、肾癌根治术及体积较大、位置较高的肾脏手术

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional 11th intercostal approacch to renal and suprarenalis for uncomplete exposure, the traditioanl 11th intercostal incision was modified to some extent based on the anatomical features of the 11th costa. Thirty six cases undergoing renal and suprarenalis operation were summarized, suggesting that this modified approach had the characteristics of simplicity, safety and exposure good and can be used in suprarenalis operation, radical operation on renal carcinoma, and renal operation with large size and high position. |
